Counselor In Training
Camp Kingsmont will be accepting 4-6 Counselors in Training (CIT) for the 2010 season.
The Camp Kingsmont CIT program is for former Kingsmont campers who have demonstrated maturity and a desire to continue working
within our camp community. The program is designed to help campers transition from Camper to Counselor with close guidance and guidelines to
help them be successful and develop the skills to become effective leaders at Camp Kingsmont. CITs will be required to arrive at camp on
Friday, June 18th and will stay until the final camper day, Saturday August 14th and NO LONGER. This program is a wonderful opportunity
to enhance and develop self-confidence, awareness, communication skills, and personal leadership style. This is an opportunity to be
a positive role model and to impact the lives of kids in a positive way.
