All-Camp Trips
On predetermined days all staff and campers participate in all-camp trips. These include trips to the
University of Massachusetts in Amherst on the evening of July 4th to enjoy the fireworks;
an afternoon of bowling at Spare Time Northampton, an afternoon of skating
at a local roller rink, an evening trip to the local theatre to enjoy a movie, all day Lake Trips to nearby
Chicopee State Park, and an end of year all day trip
to Six Flags New England in Springfield, MA.
The cost of these all-camp trips is part of the base tuition. If the camper is present at camp on the date of the scheduled all-camp trip,
he or she will participate at no additional charge. See Calendar.
Transportation for each of these all-camp trips is provided by an independent bus service and campers are
accompanied by the entire staff. Six Flags opens at 10:30 am and has a water park and a wide variety of rides including thrillers such as Bat Man –
The Dark Knight, Superman – Ride of Steel, the Catapult, Cyclone, Flashback, Mind Eraser, Scream, Tornado and Typhoon among many others.
